Ephémère is a collaboration by Frédéric Savart and Maison Dremont. The bouquet bursts with heaps of fresh strawberry, cherry, cranberry and a green herbaceous hint. The palate is luscious and leaves a creamy sensation that lingers well after the finish. Base wine composition: 2016 (85%) and 2015 (15%). 30% Chardonnay Premier Cru, 56% Pinot Noir Premier Cru, 14% Rouge Verzenay & Sermiers. Bottled July 2017 (5 years sur latte). Disgorged July 2022. Dosage 2g/L.
